Privacy Policy

When you make a purchase we collect your full name, email address and phone number. We also receive a payment reference from our payment partner confirming that the payment succeeded.

We do not collect any of the personal details you write inside The Family Vault. It is a printable organizer — what you fill in stays with you.

To deliver the organizer to you, to answer support requests, to keep a record of your purchase, and to meet accounting and tax obligations.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI IDs, net-banking credentials and wallet details are entered on Razorpay's secure systems and are never seen or stored by JugaadGuides.

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Meta's Conversions API to understand how people find and use this page and which advertisements lead to a purchase. This means page views and purchases are reported to Meta both from your browser and from our server. Meta may receive a securely scrambled (hashed) version of the name, email address and phone number you give at checkout, along with your device information and IP address, so a purchase can be matched to an advertisement. Meta never receives these details in readable form. Visitors in regions where this requires consent, such as the UK and the EU, are not tracked at all.

We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who make the purchase work — our payment partner, our email delivery provider and our hosting provider — and only to the extent needed, or where the law requires it.

Purchase records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, usually eight years. Support conversations are kept for up to two years.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we are not required to keep it). Write to info@jugaadguides.com and we will respond within 30 days.
